You need to make a deposit of

a) 0 to under 300,000JPY - 30%of Bid Price   b) 300,000JPY to under 500,000 - 50%of Bid Price   c) 500,000JPY and more - 70%of Bid Price

with us in Japanese Yen TT before your participation in the auctions through us.

Your Deposit is refundable until your Cars are successfully purchased or it may be utilized as a part of your payment. In case of reimbursement, all bank charges are on your account.

Despite our bidding upto your Bid-price only, rarely the successful purchase-price may happen to be higher by maximum JPY 6,000 per Car against your original Bid. It happens only seldom beyond our control due to the computerized auction system and should be accepted as an allowance in the auctions. We will send you an evidential copy of the purchased price from the auction company always.

Once order placed for bidding, NO CANCELLATION is available and you are liable for successful or unsuccessful bid.

We accept your payment by T/T (Telegraphic/Wire Transfer) only to our bank Account:

We accept payment in the Japanese Yen (JPY) only. Your T/T in the U.S. Dollar &/or Euro to our bank is acceptable but it will be credited in the JPY to our account after conversion into the Japanese Yen at the bank's exchange rate at the time of receipt.

Please send us a copy of Bank Slip by Fax or E-mail as soon as you effect a T/T.

You need to remit the Balance Amount by TT for all the Vehicles successfully purchased at the auctions within 1 week after we'll send you the copy of BL via Fax.

You will receive our Proforma Invoice for the purchased Vehicles within 24 hours except bank holiday.

Our Handling Fee: JPY 70,000 per Car including Auctioneer's Fee on the Vehicles purchased successfully and our Documentation Fee for shipment. For a Bulk Order, over 10 Units of successful purchase for one shipment, we will consider a special discount on our Handling Fee.

Bidding Fee for an Unsuccessful Bid: JPY 500 per Car.

Shipment of the purchased Cars will be effected by the first available vessel to the desired destination upon receipt of the full amount of payment.

We will send you the following Documents by Courier Service or EMS within 2 bank working days after the shipment is effected:
     -Full set of Original Bills of Lading
     -Our Invoice
     -Auction Result Sheet
     -De-registration certificate in Japanese with English Translation.

There is no Warranty as accustomed for Used Equipment in "As is" Condition, but we disclose interior/exterior damage, repair history, mileage, etc. in accordance with the Japanese Auction Level Report from which you will understand the condition of the Car you are buying.

Contract between both of us in all respects shall be governed by the Laws of Japan
